SNN SA announces the completion of the process related to the recruitment and selection of the Chief Financial Officer in compliance with the provisions under Art. 2 item 5 and Art. 35 of the Government Emergency Ordinance 109/2011 on corporate governance and Art. 143 of Law 31/1990.
In compliance with Art. 35 (4) of the Government Emergency Ordinance 109/2011 on corporate governance, the Nomination Committee of SN Nuclearelectrica SA was assisted in the recruitment and selection process by an independent expert, the Quest Advisors firm. Following the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors decided the appointment of Mr. Mihai Darie as Chief Financial Officer starting with February 1st, 2014.
Mihai Darie is an economist, a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange, and holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA). He is also a member of the ACCA-UK and a Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA).
Mihai Darie has over 14 years experience in finance, including management positions with high responsibilities in the private sector as well as in the state sector.
