Information on meeting the requirements of A.N.R.E.’s Order no. 1/2010 regarding the performance indicators of the electric power supply service

provided by SN NUCLEARELECTRICA S.A. in the year 2014

In 2014, S. N. NUCLEARELECTRICA S.A. (SNN), holder of the electric power supply license No. 962 / 21.10.2010, did not use this license and did not supply electric power to the final consumers based on this license.

Accordingly, the provisions of A.N.R.E.’s Order regarding the calculation of the performance indicators of the supply service and their posting on the supplier’s website does not apply to SNN’s activity in the year 2014.

NOTE: SNN supplied a consumer with electric power directly from the  Cernavoda NPP’s installations, but this activity was performed based on the electric power generation license no. 5 / 03.12.1999, which provides the complementary right of the power generator to perform the activity of supplying the final consumers with electric power directly from the electric installations related to the nuclear power plant’s generating units.
