Last year, we were involved in bearing, by means of sponsorship, the costs necessary for implementing the “Energie pentru viitor” (“Energy for the Future”) project, a career guidance program for 200 young people from Cernavodă, Bucharest and Pitești, organized by the Leaders Foundation. Structured in 4 editions, for a total of 200 high school students, 50 students/session, the program will help them discover their vocation and outline a clearer career plan.
The topics addressed consisted of personal development, the conditions on the labor market, the new organizational paradigm imposed by the COVID 19 pandemic, and the manner in which jobs will evolve in the future, career counselling, success stories. We got involved with the amount of RON 33,578, and have impacted 200 high school students, of which 100 from Cernavodă, 50 from Bucharest and 50 from Pitești.
