Nuclearelectrica National Company announces the restart of Cernavoda NPP Unit 1 and its connection to the national power grid, on January the 10th.

The unit was shutdown in a controlled process, in order to carry out maintenance activities.

The restast procedure was performed by respecting the plant’s regulations as well as the safety norms, without any negative impact on the population, the personnel or the environment.
