Mr. Vasile Dascalu is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Finance-Accounting, and has an experience of 30 years in the financial field, occupying management positions in both the private and state sectors.

Mr. Vasile Dascalu has held the position of CFO at Bayer Romania, Agrana Romania, Oracle Romania, Urgent Curier, Urgent Cargus and EnergoNuclear. Mr. Vasile Dascalu also holds certification and expertise in internal audit and finance, having previously held the position of Internal Audit Director at Dacia-Grup Renault.
