SN Nuclearelectrica SA (“SNN”) informs the shareholders and investors that in the meeting of 24.08.2017, SNN Board of Directors appointed, as per the resolution no. 132/24.08.2017, Mr. Cosmin Ghita as the General Manager of SNN for a provisional 4 months period starting with 02.09.2017, considering the fact that the 4 months provisional extension of the 4 year mandate of the current CEO, Daniela Lulache, expires on 01.09.2017.

The proposal of Mr. Cosmin Ghita for the position of CEO of SNN, with a provisional mandate of 4 months, was submitted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, within the Board of Directors, in the meeting of 21.08.2017.
