Announcement on the extension of the deadline for submitting the bids for the Initial Public Offering for the Sale of Shares issued by Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica S.A.

 Societatea Naţională Nuclearelectrica S.A. decided, within the framework of the selection process of the underwriter of the Initial Public Offering for the Sale of Shares to be issued by the company under the coordination of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment acting by and through the Office of State Ownership and Privatisation in Industry, and admission of the company’s shares on trading systems operated by S.C. Bursa de Valori Bucuresti – S.A., to extend the deadline for submission the bids.

The new deadline for the submission of the bids is the date of 28 September 2012, 10:00 hours.
